Tim Twigg
Tim is a pastor of 25 years, the Founder and CEO of Arrow Press Publishing and The Writer's Table, and the author of two books with a third on the way. He sits at a rare intersection of pulpit and publishing, bringing together decades of ministry, a professional publishing house, and a premium author coaching program built specifically for Christian leaders who carry a message they haven't yet put into the world. Tim's driving conviction is simple: no God-given message should remain unwritten. Through his work, he helps authors move from stuck to published, not by inspiring them to write, but by building the structure, accountability, and expertise around them to make it inevitable.

Kaye Rivers
Personal and Business Financal
After years in the world of entrepreneurship, Kaye was called into full-time ministry in 2023, where she quickly realized the most valuable “ROI” isn't found in the profit margin, but in the people she can impact and lead through Christ.
Kaye is a Leadership & Operations Strategist dedicated to bringing her skill set to churches by developing a clear approach focused on professionalizing church operations and finances.
After years of navigating the complex world of business ownership, she has realized that the same skills used in business can be utilized in ministry as she navigates this second act in her career. Her goal is to translate marketplace disciplines like strategic oversight, team development, asset allocation, and organizational grit into the context of church leadership.
She believes that the same foundations that allow a business to scale are the keys to deepening a ministry’s reach and growth. She believes that applying a founder’s mindset to church operations can equip leaders to move beyond “maintenance mode” and into a season of disciplined, scalable growth that changes lives.

Cody Silver
Creative Director
Cody Silver is the Creative Director at Faith Church and an everyday power user of AI and modern technology. His approach is simple: don't fall behind, stay ahead. He's spent the past year learning how to take his ideas and delegate them across different AI platforms, matching the right tool to the right task, whether he's creating, solving problems, or streamlining the work in front of him.
That hands-on, jargon free perspective is what he brings to the stage: a grounded look at what AI actually is today, the platforms worth knowing, and how everyday people can put them to work to think bigger and move faster, without the hype or the intimidation.
